There is ONLY one supernatural and righteous throne in heaven where God and Jesus reign over all creation! His throne is Holy and is the only ONE that matters since He is the one true God! In the beginning He created everything as revealed in Genesis 1:1, “In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.” The Lord is the Most High and He is in control over all the earth as we read in Psalms 47:2, “For the LORD Most High is awesome; He is a great King over all the earth.” God reigns over all as stated in Psalms 47:8, “God reigns over the nations; God sits on His holy throne.” He alone is responsible for all creation, both the heavens and the earth including all creatures as detailed in Psalms 8:3-5, “When I consider Your heavens, the work of Your fingers, the moon and the stars, which You have ordained, what is man that You are mindful of him, and the son of man that You visit him? For You have made him a little lower than the angels, and You have crowned him with glory and honor.” Everything is His as explained in Psalms 89:11, “The heavens are Yours, the earth also is Yours; the world and all its fullness, You have founded them.” The Lord will reign forever as His word unveils where the heavens and earth will one day pass away as disclosed in Hebrews 1:10-12, “You, LORD, in the beginning laid the foundation of the earth, and the heavens are the work of Your hands. They will perish, but You remain; and they will all grow old like a garment; like a cloak You will fold them up, and they will be changed. But You are the same, and Your years will not fail.” He neither sleeps nor slumbers – Psalms 121:3-4. No other throne compares to His as we read in Isaiah 40:22-23, “It is He who sits above the circle of the earth, and its inhabitants are like grasshoppers, Who stretches out the heavens like a curtain, and spreads them out like a tent to dwell in. He brings the princes to nothing; He makes the judges of the earth useless.” Nothing can stand against the Lord – Isaiah 40:17.
God chose His only Son Jesus, a descendant of David, to be our Lord and Savior and to establish His everlasting throne as stated in Psalms 89:3-4, “I have made a covenant with My chosen, I have sworn to My servant David: ‘Your seed I will establish forever, and build up your throne to all generations.’ ” God exalts David’s descendent Jesus as His firstborn with His faithfulness and mercy to be the new eternal covenant and everlasting throne for our salvation as revealed in Psalms 89:24-29, “But My faithfulness and My mercy shall be with him, and in My name his horn shall be exalted. Also I will set his hand over the sea, and his right hand over the rivers. He shall cry to Me, ‘You are my Father, My God, and the rock of my salvation.’ Also I will make him My firstborn, the highest of the kings of the earth. My mercy I will keep for him forever, and My covenant shall stand firm with him. His seed also I will make to endure forever, and his throne as the days of heaven.” Jesus is our High Priest, Mediator, and Rock of salvation for the new covenant between God and us because of His faithful love, grace, and mercy for us as disclosed in Hebrews 9:11-15, “But Christ came as High Priest of the good things to come, with the greater and more perfect tabernacle not made with hands, that is, not of this creation. Not with the blood of goats and calves, but with His own blood He entered the Most Holy Place once for all, having obtained eternal redemption. For if the blood of bulls and goats and the ashes of a heifer, sprinkling the unclean, sanctifies for the purifying of the flesh, how much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered Himself without spot to God, cleanse your conscience from dead works to serve the living God? And for this reason He is the Mediator of the new covenant, by means of death, for the redemption of the transgressions under the first covenant, that those who are called may receive the promise of the eternal inheritance.”
Jesus has been given all authority of the heavens and earth by God the Father and will reign on His throne forever as we read in Matthew 28:18, “And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, ‘All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth.’ ” The gospel of John states it this way in John 3:35, “The Father loves the Son, and has given all things into His hand.” The apostle Paul tells us that Jesus is in control of all things while being in submission to God the Father as stated in 1 Corinthians 15:27-28, “For God has put everything under His feet. Now when it says that ‘everything’ has been put under Him, it is clear that this does not include God Himself, Who put everything under Christ. When He has done this, then the Son Himself will be made subject to Him who put everything under Him, so that God may be all in all.” Paul continues stating that Jesus became the ONLY chief cornerstone for which we must be saved as detailed in Acts 4:11-12, “This is the stone which was rejected by you builders, which has become the chief cornerstone.’ Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.” God’s word also tells us that Jesus is the only way to obtain access to God the Father as revealed in John 14:6, “Jesus said to him, ‘I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.’ ” Jesus is the only way to heaven and reveals to us the difficult path to get there as stated in Matthew 7:13-14, “Enter by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there are many who go in by it. Because narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it.” He died for us, and we must live for Him under the new covenant where God promised to give us a new heart and new mind through His Holy Spirit as detailed in Hebrews 10:11-18, “And every priest stands ministering daily and offering repeatedly the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins. But this Man, after He had offered one sacrifice for sins forever, sat down at the right hand of God, from that time waiting till His enemies are made His footstool. For by one offering He has perfected forever those who are being sanctified. But the Holy Spirit also witnesses to us; for after He had said before, ‘This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, says the LORD: I will put My laws into their hearts, and in their minds I will write them,’ then He adds, ‘Their sins and their lawless deeds I will remember no more.’ Now where there is remission of these, there is no longer an offering for sin.”
The apostle John reveals that the Word of God was with God in the beginning and is God in the flesh, proclaimed as Jesus His firstborn as we read in John 1:1-4, “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. In Him was life, and the life was the light of men.” John continues this explanation in John 1:14, “And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.” Jesus is the true Messiah, King of kings and Lord of lords, Who will return to earth one day at His second coming with His angels and saints on white horses to defeat His enemies by His words. He will reign and rule over all with His rod of iron as explained in Revelation 19:11-16, “Now I saw heaven opened, and behold, a white horse. And He who sat on him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness He judges and makes war. His eyes were like a flame of fire, and on His head were many crowns. He had a name written that no one knew except Himself. He was clothed with a robe dipped in blood, and His name is called The Word of God. And the armies in heaven, clothed in fine linen, white and clean, followed Him on white horses. Now out of His mouth goes a sharp sword, that with it He should strike the nations. And He Himself will rule them with a rod of iron. He Himself treads the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God. And He has on His robe and on His thigh a name written: King of kings and Lord of lords.”
Out of His love for us, He created us in His own image with His blessings as detailed in Genesis 1:26-28, “Then God said, ‘Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.’ So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them. Then God blessed them, and God said to them, ‘Be fruitful and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it; have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over every living thing that moves on the earth.’ ” God in Christ loved us as His beloved before the foundations of this world were formed as we read in Ephesians 1:3-6, “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ, just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before Him in love, having predestined us to adoption as sons by Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the good pleasure of His will, to the praise of the glory of His grace, by which He made us accepted in the Beloved.” When we accept Christ as our Lord and Savior, we have a direct path to God the Father and His throne. We experience the presence of God in Christ when we offer Him our thanksgiving, praise, and worship as revealed in Psalms 100:4-5, “Enter into His gates with thanksgiving, and into His courts with praise. Be thankful to Him and bless His name. For the LORD is good; His mercy is everlasting, and His truth endures to all generations.” God’s will for us is to rejoice, pray, and to give thanks in everything to Him as we read in 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18, “Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.” We must give praise of thanksgiving to the Lord always for He is good, and His love and mercy endure forever as stated in Psalms 136:1-3, “Oh, give thanks to the LORD, for He is good! For His mercy endures forever. Oh, give thanks to the God of gods! For His mercy endures forever. Oh, give thanks to the Lord of lords! For His mercy endures forever.”
