Pray For All The Tornado Victims!

Please lift up in prayer all the tornado victims affected by more than 30 tornados that ripped through parts of Arkansas, Illinois, Kentucky, Missouri, Mississippi, and Tennessee. There have been at least 80 deaths confirmed by these storms with this number expected to rise as recovery efforts continue. Kentucky was hit the hardest with over 200 miles of devastation within the larger storm’s path. These affected families and loved ones desperately need our prayers. Continue praying that others will be found alive during the ongoing search and rescue efforts! Pray that God will use this tragedy for His purpose of good on what the enemy meant for harm and destruction – Genesis 50:20, Jeremiah 29:11-13, Romans 8:28.

For these affected families and loved ones, there is major loss, distress, chaos, and hurt. Pray that the many in the community and others surrounding will come together in love to provide basic necessities and comfort, and that God will use this time to draw many closer to Him in Christ1 Corinthians 13:13, Philippians 2:4, 1 Thessalonians 5:11, 1 Timothy 2:1-5, James 5:13-16, 1 John 4:7-8.

Psalms 23:1-4, “The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want. He makes me to lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside the still waters. He restores my soul; He leads me in the paths of righteousness for His name’s sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; For You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me.”

There are also many ways to donate to help these that are in extreme need get back on their feet. Choose your recommended avenues of giving either through your local Church or other charity organizations.
