Tensions have increased between Israel and the Palestinians (Hamas) after several days of rioting that broke out between the Jews and Muslims due to land ownership struggles. Jews, Muslims, and Christians are present in the region. There have been over 3,000 missiles fired between both Hamas militia and Israel over the last several days. Most of the rockets fired by Hamas militia at Israel were intercepted via Israel’s anti-missile drone defense system. There have been over 100 deaths and over 1,000 wounded due to this conflict and the escalation seems to be getting worse.

Please pray for the nation of Israel as tensions arise between the Jewish nation and Muslims as the bible instructs in Psalms 122:6 “Pray for the peace of Jerusalem! ‘May they be secure who love you!’ ” God said He would bless those that bless Israel and curse those that curse Israel as stated in Genesis 12:2-3, “I will make you a great nation; I will bless you and make your name great; And you shall be a blessing. I will bless those who bless you, and I will curse those who curses you; And in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed.” All who come against Jerusalem, God will make her like a heavy stone where Jerusalem’s enemies will be injured. God will destroy all nations that come against Israel as we read in Zechariah 12:3-9, “On that day I will make Jerusalem a heavy stone for all the peoples. All who lift it will surely hurt themselves. And all the nations of the earth will gather against it…On that day the LORD will protect the inhabitants of Jerusalem, so that the feeblest among them on that day shall be like David, and the house of David shall be like God, like the angel of the LORD, going before them. And on that day I will seek to destroy all the nations that come against Jerusalem.” Israel will NOT fall for she has God’s unlimited protection. Israel is the apple of God’s eye and He will make an example of those that come against Israel for His glory, honor, and praise. All will know that He is the one true God as stated in Zechariah 2:6-13, “Up! Up! Flee from the land of the north, declares the LORD. For I have spread you abroad as the four winds of the heavens, declares the LORD. Up! Escape to Zion, you who dwell with the daughter of Babylon. For thus said the LORD of hosts, after his glory sent me to the nations who plundered you, for he who touches you touches the apple of His eye: ‘Behold, I will shake My hand over them, and they shall become plunder for those who served them. Then you will know that the LORD of hosts has sent me. Sing and rejoice, O daughter of Zion, for behold, I come and I will dwell in your midst, declares the LORD. And many nations shall join themselves to the LORD in that day, and shall be My people. And I will dwell in your midst, and you shall know that the LORD of hosts has sent me to you. And the LORD will inherit Judah as his portion in the holy land, and will again choose Jerusalem.’ Be silent, all flesh, before the LORD, for He has roused himself from his holy dwelling.”
Could this current Israel conflict be the one discussed in Psalms 83? Or could this conflict result in the prophecy for the destruction of Damascus – Isaiah 17:1, Jeremiah 49:23-27? What about Elam – Jeremiah 49:34-39? Could this conflict be the beginning of the Gog and Magog war where several nations unite to rise up against Israel that kickstarts the tribulation (end of days) as the bible describes by the prophet Ezekiel in Ezekiel chapters 38 & 39?
